Dynamicity and harmony are the key words of MIMETICA, a system of sliding doors that “camouflages” with the wainscoting and breaks the monotony of surfaces with a rhythm that creates continuous textured backgrounds. A thin groove along the height works as a handle for opening and closing these sliding panels. Lots of materials can be used in this new model such as precious stones, refined ceramic slabs that other brands of the Boffi | DePadova group use for making their product.

Door Types
MIMETICA SLIDING
Mimetica Sliding is comprised of an aluminum frame that encloses both sides of panels made of different materials (the materials can be customized and can be up to 4 mm of thickness). It is characterized by a groove profile upright on the side that works as a handle for opening and closing the door. Mimetica Sliding comes in 4 models and defines the spaces by turning itself in the wall, almost “camouflaging” its presence.
The guide pin of the sliding door is fixed to the floor and helps the door slide perfectly.
The optional FREESTANDING SYSTEM keeps the door steady and includes a polyurethane wheel that is installed in the lower head of the handle, guaranteeing high performance while respecting aesthetic rigor.
The seat where the sliding door carriage is inserted is hidden by a cover in the same finish as the frame.
The vertical profile-handle and the horizontal and/or vertical crosspieces, if any, are made of aluminum with the same finish of the frame.
MIMETICA SLIDING WITH DRAGGING SYSTEM
Mimetica Sliding doors with track is comprised of an aluminum frame that encloses both sides of panels made of different materials (the materials can be customized and can be up to 4 mm of thickness). The door is characterized by a groove profile upright on the side that works as a handle for opening and closing the door, combining the formal minimalism with an advanced opening technology that allows the doors to completely overlap in order to increase the opening capacity for the maximum formal cleanliness.
